If you live anywhere close to Central Florida, you'll know that it's been raining for almost a week straight. Today was the first extended break in the rain. You'll see how much water we've gotten at my house by how full this bucket is:

 I'm sure it overflowed more than once in the past week.

My parents are coming up in a few weeks and I'm trying really hard to be responsible and get ready. I cleaned up part of our office today, and tried to organize the bookshelf. Does anyone else get overwhelmed by organizing? It's never really been my think to begin with, but I'm noticing that these days, when there is a lot of clutter on a surface, I don't even know what to do with it. It's easier for me to just put it in a box, and then sort through it, than to clean off the desk. I guess this really applies more to this giant desk than it does to anything else, so maybe the desk is the problem. Le sigh.
