Pete and I have done the vacation-tagged-onto-a-work-trip before. I had to be in DC for a conference, so he tagged along so we could take a look at the city. It wasn’t the most relaxing vacation. We didn’t see as much as we wanted to, and John Stewart hijacked the city in honor of his Rally to Restore Sanity (and\/or fear). We were going to go, but once the Metro’s trains stopped stopping at the stations, we decided the head out of the city and take a trip to Mount Vernon.<\/p>\n

It seems like everyone who has an iPhone loves their Hipstamatic app, and I’m no exception. I liked it for this trip because it added a little spice to sites that everyone has seen. So here is my Hipsta-DC.<\/p>\n
