so its been a long week and its thursday night and i’m exhausted. its been a long week, and i can’t wait until la clase de espanol is over on tuesday and my weekend of working friday night saturday double at hops is over too. i’m already tired just thinking about it!<\/p>\n

tuesday i went to go visit my cousin jayson and his wife nikki and their kid, the (little) justin along w\/my aunt and uncle and cousin justin in old town. it was such an ordeal getting there. i was trying to make it there before work, and the days inn people gave me directions to the wrong one and then couldn’t tell me where the right one was and i ended up at exit 77 on i-4 instead of exit 64b where i was supposed to be and it took me 2 freaking hours to get there. 2 hours too long. jayson’s little boy is ADORABLE i bought him a slinky. <\/p>\n

anyways, as we were eating at checkers my aunt was kinda whispering to my uncle about whether i knew something or not. i asked what, thinking nothing of it, and it turns out that my grandma in miami had a stroke. not a big one, its called a t.i.a. stroke, which is bad but good, because it causes some numbness and memory loss and stuff, but it’s kinda the warning sign of a real stroke. so now they can put her on medication so she won’t have a real one (i think). when my aunt told me i wasn’t upset. i got the “i’m going to cry feeling” but didn’t give in to it, cuz (as i’m learning) i hide everything from people, and as soon as i got in the car i started freaking out. i dunno. it was only last summer that we found out papa had cancer, and a few weeks ago that my mom told me he was going back on chemo. its so weird how things affect people, how things affect me. sometimes i get hit harder by things that shouldn’t be a big deal, and don’t feel anything at all about things that should be a big deal. i don’t think i let myself. but on to other things<\/p>\n

my dear old neighbor jason got hired at hops. i hope he’s havin fun! haha. first few days are always the hardest and most exhausting. you’ll get through it i promise.<\/p>\n
