Pre-Interview Thoughts

I already have a job, which is a good thing, because I’m not relying on this position to support myself, but it’s FULL TIME which means BENEFITS which means I WANT THE JOB.

My mom read me a bunch of interview tips from some Careerbuilder article that she saved for me, and apparently I’m supposed to be prepared for this? With qualities that I have and things of that nature. Like I was telling Liz yesterday, I don’t even remember what this position entails, because I’ve applied for so many things at Harcourt without expecting a call back. So I’m a little nervous, and I’m trying to suck down my tea as fast as possible so I can finish it before I go down there, and make it in the bathroom, because the last thing that I want to do in my two hour interview is be like, "Can I take a bathroom break, please?" The least I can do is control my bladder.

There’s also a creative/grammar test involved, which seems not so fun. But we’ll see, and I’ll post after. At least it will be good experience!
