it is tuesday night, and i am sick.
exciting isn’t it?
so last week was a good time, went to miami to take pete down for his
last week of vacation before his real world started. took him to venetian pool, which was cold but fun. then we went to the everglades to go to the camp, it not only was it hot, it was SCORCHING
hot, with bugs. and not just any bugs, but horseflies, and regular
flies that bite. there was a 12 ft aligator in the pond, which was cool
to see.
today i took pete to enterprise to pick up a car to rent, and it was raining like crazy. cats and dogs.
so this is turning out to be a pretty boring post. to sum it all up,
i’m sick, i’m stuffy, and i have a fever. my plans for tomorrow are to
lay in bed and possibly hang out w/pete if i’m feeling better, because
it’s one of his two days off. but if not, i’ll just lay in bed and
sleep, because if tonight was like last night, then i probably won’t be
getting much thanks to my gross disgusting stuffy nose.
Thats exactly how I imagine the everglades. Hot, humid, with bugs and gators. Sort of sounds like the description of hell.

its not like that all the time. just in april-october. the rest of the year its beautiful, cuz its cooler and there are no bugs. just gators!
